How is the delivery broke down?

Our delivery items are specified by "Zones", each zone is alocated its own delivery cost as listed above. Our delivery costs are based on the weight of your entire cart. Therefore you can add as many items as you want and still pay the same postage charge provided that it remains within the same weight category. We work on a basic shipping cost for 25Kg as this is the maximum we can send in one parcel with our couriers. Therefore if you buy 50Kg you will be charged the standard shipping rate twice (except on orders that qualify for FREE DELIVERY). Please note that our weights have to be adjusted for both packaging weight and the number of items we can physically put in a box. For example we can only send four 5L jars per box so the weight of each 5L jar is adjusted to 6.25Kg. We are constantly working to improve our shipping costs in order to give our customers the best possible cost.

What are estimated delivery times?

Delivery times will vary depending on a number of factors including type of product ordered and whether it is an item that is carried in stock or a special order. As a general guideline, our standard delivery schedule is between 3-10 working days. For orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays, the estimated delivery time should be measured from the next working day.If you have any questions regarding your delivery please contact us.

What is the delivery process?

After you make an order, you will receive confirmation of your order via email. Please provide a valid phone number as we may need to contact you, delivery cannot be guaranteed if you don't. The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there on the day of delivery. All our deliveries are insured 100% up to your door - please see terms and conditions below.

Summary of Insurance Terms and Conditions

All items are covered by our insurance right up to the door of the delivery address. Drivers are NOT insured to take items inside any property. The items must be checked by the customer at the time of arrival and any items found to be incorrect or damaged in any way must be returned immediately for replacement. Any such incident should be clearly notified on the delivery sheet that the driver will ask you to sign before he leaves your address. Any items that are damaged and not returned with the driver become the customer’s responsibility. In the event that the item requires returning to the company, it will be at the customer's expense where that item was not returned with the delivery driver.
